PT Jakarta Limousine (β€œCompany”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, data protection, and privacy, particularly in serving corporate entities, government institutions, diplomatic missions, and Middle East (GCC) clients.

1. Information Collection

We may collect and process the following information:

Client and company identification details

Authorized contact persons and communication details

Travel itineraries, security-related preferences, and service requirements

Billing details, payment instructions, and transaction records

Website usage data and cookies for service optimization

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Collected information is used solely for:

Execution and management of transportation services

Coordination of VVIP, diplomatic, or protocol-based operations

Billing, invoicing, and payment verification

Service improvement and operational compliance

Fulfillment of legal, regulatory, and government requirements

3. Confidentiality & Data Disclosure

Client information is treated as strictly confidential. Disclosure may only occur to:

Authorized operational partners under confidentiality agreements

Financial institutions for settlement of payments

Government authorities when legally required

4. Data Security

PT Jakarta Limousine applies enhanced administrative, technical, and operational safeguards, particularly for VVIP, diplomatic, and government-related services.

5. Data Retention

Personal and corporate data shall be retained only for operational, contractual, and regulatory purposes.

6. Policy Amendments

This Privacy Policy may be updated without prior notice. Updates shall take effect upon publication.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PT JAKARTA LIMOUSINE
(Corporate, Government & Middle East Clients)

These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to corporate entities, government agencies, diplomatic missions, and Middle East (GCC) clients engaging the services of PT Jakarta Limousine.

1. Scope of Services

PT Jakarta Limousine provides executive, VVIP, protocol, and security-coordinated chauffeur-driven transportation services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.

Services are confirmed only upon issuance of official written confirmation or contract.

3. Rates & Payment Terms

Rates are based on vehicle category, duration, route, security requirements, and protocol standards.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Bank Transfer (Domestic & International / SWIFT)

Corporate Credit Card

Official Government or Corporate Purchase Order (PO)

Invoice-Based Payment (subject to prior approval)

Currency may be quoted in IDR, USD, or other mutually agreed currencies.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Corporate / Government Booking:

Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to service commencement:
Eligible for up to 50% refund of the total service fee.

Cancellation within 24 hours prior to service commencement:
Maximum refund limited to 50% of the total confirmed service value.

VVIP / Diplomatic / State Guest Booking:

Services prepared for state guests, royal families, diplomatic missions, or requiring security inspection and protocol coordination are NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of cancellation timing, due to irreversible operational and security costs.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

5. Service Modifications

Any changes in itinerary, duration, or vehicle requirements may result in additional charges.

PT Jakarta Limousine reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or higher class when operationally required.

6. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all booking details.

Any damage, misuse, or violation of Indonesian law caused by passengers shall be fully chargeable to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

PT Jakarta Limousine shall not be held liable for delays or service disruptions caused by force majeure, traffic conditions, government actions, or security-related circumstances beyond reasonable control.

8. Right of Refusal

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to protect safety, legality, and operational integrity.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Jakarta.
