Jakarta Limousine – Terms & Conditions (Non-Refundable Policy)
1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern all reservations and services provided by Jakarta Limousine (“the Company”).

By making a booking, the client (“Customer”) agrees to these T&C without exception.
2. Reservation & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email, WhatsApp, or online booking form).

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the vehicle and driver allocation.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or other methods approved by the Company.
3. Non-Refundable Policy

All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.

No refunds will be issued once the reservation is confirmed and payment is received.

This includes (but is not limited to): customer cancellation, flight delay, change of itinerary, traffic congestion, or force majeure events (natural disasters, demonstrations, or government restrictions).
4. Anti-Chargeback Policy

By completing the booking, the Customer expressly waives any right to dispute or reverse the payment (chargeback) through their card issuer or bank.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will be considered a breach of contract. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action and recover all costs, including bank fees, legal fees, and collection costs.

The Customer acknowledges that services are allocated and costs are incurred immediately upon confirmation, hence payment is final.
5. Amendments & Rescheduling

Requests for rescheduling may be considered subject to vehicle availability and Company discretion.

Rescheduling requests must be made minimum 48 hours prior to service time.

Additional charges may apply for rescheduling or route changes.
6. Service Conditions

Vehicles are provided with professional drivers, fuel, bottled water, and insurance as specified.

Customers must adhere to local regulations and Company policies during service.

The Company reserves the right to terminate service in case of misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior that endangers driver/vehicle safety.
7. Liability

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events beyond reasonable control.

Compensation shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the Customer.
8. Governing Law
-
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
-
Any disputes arising shall be resolved amicably; failing which, they shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Jakarta courts.
