These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by PT Jakarta Limousine & Rent Car (“Jakarta Limousine,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide luxury transportation services including limousine rentals, chauffeur-driven transfers, and VVIP arrangements as described on our website or in booking confirmations.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Reservations can be made online, via email, or by phone.
  • All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified in your invoice.
  • Prices quoted are in United State Dolar (US$) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service date may be eligible for a refund (minus administrative fees).
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the service date are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must comply with local laws and safety regulations.
  • Smoking, illegal substances, or dangerous items are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
  • Any damage caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party.

5. Service Delays

While we aim to be punctual, Jakarta Limousine is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, government actions, or other events beyond our control.
